Based near the idyllic South Pembrokeshire coast, Greenhill is situated in the rural hamlet of Llanmill. You will be based 2 miles outside the desirable market town of Narberth which is famed for its boutique independent shops, galleries and eateries. The coastal town of Tenby is a short drive away and also easily accessible by train.

Greenhill is a detached, Victorian stone house that sleeps 4 people. It has been tastefully refurbished utilising locally-sourced recycled materials and its walls are adorned with artwork by local and international practitioners. The house has been curated in a gallery fashion with names of artists and titles supporting each piece*.

*This is not a pitch, the work is not for sale. Details are included to quench curiosity and help promote fellow artists!

The ground floor hosts the hallway, living room, kitchen and utility room. All retain many original features including working fireplaces.

With its Victorian quarry stone floor and decorative staircase, the hallway provides an immediate impressions of what the rest of the house has in store. Bespoke lighting from a local homewares shop, House by Betty, finishes the space off nicely.

The stair's newel post was carved by an ex-owner of the property who created several similar pieces for public buildings in the surrounding towns.

The hallway door leads to the utility room and rear access.

The living room, with its bold choice of colour, is an incredibly cosy space with a log burner as a centre piece. It has wooden floors and an oversized coffee table full of art and design books ready for your perusal.

(It’s also home to a smart TV if you desperately need to catch up on the next episode of that series!)

This room embodies the ethos of the recycled home. The main units were made of locally reclaimed timber and the doors were fashioned from the shelves of the house's original lean-to shed. Other pieces of furniture were sourced locally from Narberth's many antique shops.

There is NO DISHWASHER. Spend your time in the kitchen eating, chatting, drinking and chipping in with all the duties. The Bluetooth speaker will make the time fly by. It also has plenty of USB chargers to ensure you can post about your experiences all throughout your stay!

The main bedroom is south-facing with views over the hamlet rooftops. Unfortunately, the fireplace isn't operational, but it looks nice!

With its pitched ceiling and original roll-top bath, this calm space is full of beautiful textures. As with all other rooms at Greenhill, we have artwork in here too.

This double room has original wooden floors, sash windows and log-burner with slate surround.

The studio room is south-facing and is a bright, airy space in which to draw, paint, write or simply browse through Lee’s sketchbooks.
